SET UP INFORMATION
Schedule & Set up Information
The Expo will be held on April 9th, 2016 at the Church of the Open Door.
Set up will take place on Friday April 8th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and/or Saturday, April 9th from 7:00 am until 9:00 am.
Early bird shopping will begin at 9:00 am.
The Expo will open to the public from 10:00am – 2:00 pm.
Clean up will be from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
Volunteers will direct you to your booth.
Look for your booth number on your table, chair, or on the floor.
Bring your own wagons and carts with non-marking wheels for unloading your items.
If you need to hang something on the wall, use a non-stick residue that won't leave a mark.
Please be finished with set up and at your booth by 9::00 am for early bird shopping.
Expo Vendor Booth Details
$25 to rent a vendor booth 8' space
You may bring your own tables & chairs as long as they all fit within your booth space.
Tables are available to rent for $12. You must let us know in advance if you need a table rental.
A chair will be provided for each booth. You might also want to bring a comfortable camping chair.
