Statement of Faith

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
(
Deuteronomy 6:4Galatians 1:1Ephesians 4:6Romans 9:5Colossians 2:9,John 1:1Acts 5:3-4).

We believe in the deity of Christ (John 10:33), His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Luke 1:35), His sinless life (Hebrews 4: 15, 7:26), His miracles (John 2:11), His vicarious and atoning death (1 Corinthians 15:3, Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 2:9),His Resurrection (John 11:25, 1 Corinthians 15:4),His Ascension to the right hand of God (Mark 16:19),His personal return in power and glory (Acts 1:11, Revelation 19:11)

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a godly life. John 3:5-8; Acts 1:8 and 4:31; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 2:14; Galatians 5:16-18; Ephesians 6:12; Colossians 2:6-10.

We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. Only through faith, trusting in Christ alone for salvation, are we reconciled to God. This reconciliation was made possible through the death of Christ on our behalf and His resurrection from the dead.
(
Acts 16:31I Corinthians 15:3-4Romans 10:9Ephesians 2:8-9).

We believe God's plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of monogamous marriage, which God instituted as a union between one genetic male and one genetic female.  This is a foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. (Genesis 2:18-24; Matthew 19:4-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:18-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, 15-20).

We believe in the eternal life of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.
(
John 6:47John 10:10Revelations 22:5).

We believe the Bible is inspired by God and is without errors in the original writing. Scripture is the supreme and final authority in faith and life.
(
2 Peter 1:20-212 Timothy 3:16-17).

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 8:9, 1 Corinthians 2:12–13, Galatians 3:26–28).
