***URGENT NEED*** This YHSA Board position oversees and assists all of our Outreach Organizers and attends monthly Board meetings. Must be familiar with the organization and a member for at least six months.
***URGENT NEED*** This YHSA position helps and assists our Treasurer. Must have experience and knowledge of Quickbooks. We would like to train someone to eventually take over the Treasurer position.
***URGENT NEED*** This events position coordinates YHSA graduation starting in the fall for a May or June event. Previous coordinators will provide all information needed and assist the new coordinator.
Evaluator List Organizer
This person sends out annual questionnaires to evaluators and posts the info on our web site.
We are in need of helpers for the YHSA Graduation ceremony for 2023. There are many things that need to be planned and implemented including food, decorations, photography, etc. Volunteers for just the day of graduation are also needed.
This outreach position coordinates and schedules HELP and High School Seminars approximately four times per year. For more information, click here.
Thanks to all of our wonderful members who are stepping up to volunteer, we are in need of a Volunteer Coordinator! This would preferably be someone who has been a YHSA member for a period of time and is very familiar with the organization. Duties would include emailing new and renewing members with volunteer opportunities, maintaining lists of volunteers for each area of YHSA, keeping the volunteer needs information current, and working with the Clearance organizer.
