Ms. Ashley Godbold To All Instructors
I am an artist, a mathematician, a game designer, and a teacher. I am currently the lead game and application development instructor at Minnesota School of Business-Richfield, where I teach courses in 3ds Max, Adobe Flash/ActionScript 3.0, Unity/C#, and various levels of mathematics. I also run a small indie/passion studio, Mouse Potato Games, which is in the process of making a few Unity/iOS games. I have also recently started a small non-profit organization, GCHS Interactive, that is dedicated to helping students learn the processes of developing and publishing mobile games along with giving them the tools needed to expand their portfolios.
I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mathematics as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Game Art and Design. I am currently working on a Doctorate of Computer Science in Emerging Media with my dissertation research focusing on Elements of Effective Educational Game Design.
