I spent 15 years working in of a variety of roles including auditor, accounting manager, controller, finance director and CFO. I have worked in a variety of industries but spent the majority of my career in high tech. I facilitated raising $100 million of private equity,  integrated the financial data of 8 acquired companies and did SEC filings. I have passed both the CPA and CIA (certified internal auditor) exams.
