Cara Wilson To All Instructors

Cara Wilson brings over 20 years of experience teaching music to groups and individuals. Her teaching philosophy centers on preparing students to take music wherever their interests lie, and holding them to high standards in order to develop the ability to wield this expressive language with facility and skill. Wilson maintains her violin and ukulele studio at St Joseph’s School of Music in St Paul, where she has also conducted chamber orchestra and taught Suzuki group lessons. Wilson has held positions as elementary classroom music teacher and middle school strings instructor at St Paul Academy. She performs professionally as a classical violinist, and a non-classical multi-instrumentalist.
