Please complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*). Be sure to add all children who will be attending co-op, including nursery-aged babies through 12th grade.

Acceptance into GCHE Co-op is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All forms at the bottom of the registration must be completed to be considered.

Space is limited based on the capacity of our host church.
The Advisory Team will review all new family registrations and notify applicants of their status via email on Monday, June 23.
