Welcome to GCHE Co-op New Family Registration!
Please complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*). Be sure to add all children who will be attending co-op, including nursery-aged babies through 12th grade.

  • Acceptance into GCHE Co-op is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All forms at the bottom of the registration must be completed to be considered.

  • Space is limited based on the capacity of our host church.

The Advisory Team will review all new family registrations and notify applicants of their status via email on Monday, November 17.

Although the fee will automatically appear in your account once you submit this form, no payment is required at this time.

For families who are accepted into the co-op, the family fee will be due by Nov 21, 2025.
