Trailblazers: A Study of Remarkable People

The world as we know and love it today has been and is being molded by the hands of great men, women, and young people who displayed courage, humility, and vison. This year students will learn about such people, their lives, their objectives, and what they stood and stand for through interactive projects and hands-on learning. We will delve into different areas of history, science, geography, and the arts.

From the teacher:

It is my goal to foster a sense of curiosity and wonder in my students, so that though today they take interest in people and concepts that their teachers and family reveal to them, tomorrow they are driven to read about and seek ideas for themselves. Perhaps they will be our future movers and shakers!
