2026-27 Class Schedule
Please see the co-op schedule for all TOG families. Each age/grade range has more details on the classes in each block in the schedules below. Click on the title for the class to see the description and enroll in the class if it is an elective. You do not need to enroll in core classes (meaning classes that are not electives).
All families are to arrive no later than 8:45am. If you are teaching a class and need to set up your classroom please arrive as early as you need to. The Leadership Team arrives at 8am and will be manning the door by 8:30am to let people in. At 8:45 please head to the theater and get your family settled for Morning Worship. All families will sit together during Morning Worship from 9:00-9:25am. During morning dismissal the Morning Supervisor (Shandra Davis) will call students to their classes where the teachers will be holding up signs. Each class will be dismissed in a quiet and orderly fashion.
All students are to stay in their classes during Blocks 1-3. If a child needs to stay with a mom during the class blocks, please let the Leadership Team know. We really encourage all moms to work with their kids on going to their classes, but we know issues can arise during the school year. Let us know how we can help you if this is problem for your child.
Teachers in Pre-K to 4th grade are to lead their students to the theater by 12:30pm for mom pickup. Moms are to pickup any babies or toddlers first and then quickly make their way to the theater side door where their children will be called. Please arrive no later than 12:40pm to pick up your kids. The teachers and Morning Supervisor thank you for this! Those helping with afternoon dismissal can’t eat lunch until all the kids are picked up. Once your children are released to you, they may not wander the halls. The church has kindly asked that we don’t linger in the lobby outside the theater as some of their staff are working during co-op hours.
All families are welcome to stay after for a picnic lunch! This is a great time for fellowship and community. Once a month we have a Costco pizza day for those who want it so lunch is an easy win. On nice days we will eat on the grassy areas just outside the doors. When the weather is bad or it’s too cold for babies to be outside we will eat in the large lobby area in front of the sanctuary. Kids in 5th grade and above are welcome to eat and hang out downstairs in the Youth Room (LL9). The Youth Room lunch supervisor (April Horst) will send you kids up to you if you send her a text or she will send the rest of the kids up when she closes the room at 1:15pm.
Again, please make sure your children know that they are not allowed to roam the halls, classrooms or go outside unsupervised. For one thing, this is a security issue. Secondly, we want to be above reproach and treat our host church with respect. The Gym will be closed to all unsupervised children during co-op hours.
The building will close by 1:30pm. If families want to hang out we encourage you to take that to one of your homes. Honestly, we just want to go home and take a nap! Haha. We love all our families and hope that you will partner with us in our schedule and procedures for this new year. As always, if there are any issues or concerns, please bring them up with the Co-Directors.

Preschool
Students will have lots of free time to play in the classroom. There will be a very short lesson and activity on simple topics like basic shapes, opposites and colors .
Pre-K
We will be learning some of the letters of the alphabet. With each letter that we learn, we will also be learning about a subject or person that begins with that letter, as well as the ASL sign for that letter. Along with our letter learning, we will be starting our mornings with prayer and a brief Bible lesson from the book, Bible Stories Every Child Should Know.
Kindergarten
The Kindergarten class will be introduced to seasonal nature themes through the Read-Aloud Revivals Nature Study - Booklist & Activity Guide. We will enjoy reading and looking at picture books together and explore the book theme through activities. Each week we will focus on different letters as well as numbers and shapes. Every class will start with a Morning Circle where we say a Bible verse, poem, sing songs, review our calendar and a variety of other topics.

Primary Schedule
The new Primary schedule might look a bit confusing compared to previous years. All Primary students will be taking a total of 5 classes each semester. Art is offered to Primary A students for one whole block in the fall and then switches to Primary B. Music is offered to Primary B students for one whole block in the fall and then switches to Primary A. This allows our teachers to introduce art and music to these ages but not have to teach the same class twice on co-op mornings. Please note that Primary students have an hour class their first block only. Blocks 2 and 3 each have two, 25 minutes classes. This works better for their attention spans, and gives them the opportunity to try many different things between art, music, phonics, read a-louds, math and gym.
