1. PA State Child Abuse Clearance
2. PA State Criminal History Check
3. If you have lived in the state of Pennsylvania more than 10 years, you will need to sign the Volunteer Disclosure Statement.
   Or if you have lived in Pennsylvania for less than 10 years, you will need to have an FBI Fingerprint Check (click here for detailed instructions)
