Policies Insurance Clearances FINAL SIGNATURES:
We certify that all submitted information is true. We understand that this application does not guarantee membership in Treasures of Grace. We also recognize that membership in Treasures of Grace can be terminated at any time by decision of the Leadership Team. (see Termination Policy in the Operations Manual)

Payment Instructions

Now that you have completed your registration request:

Submit your clearances:

  1. PA State Criminal History Check – (click on “New Record Check – Volunteers Only”)
  2. PA State Child Abuse Clearance
  3. FBI History Check: (Instructions can be found here) The service code to enter online for a Pennsylvania PDE Volunteer is 1KG6XN. If you have lived in the state of Pennsylvania more than 10 years, you do not need to do the FBI History check. Instead you would just need to sign the Volunteer Disclosure Statement.

If you would like to go paperless: Please email the pdf files of all your clearances along with a scan or photo of the signed Volunteer Disclosure Form to: toghomeschool@gmail.com.

 

Only once you receive confirmation that your family has been accepted into Treasures of Grace:

Pay the $50 non-refundable enrollment fee:
You may mail a check made out to Treasures of Grace to:

Or you may pay through the invoice you will receive via email. Please note that online payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.


The remaining fees are due by July 1st:
- Co-Op Dues: $150.00
- Any elective class fees or class supply costs
(Please see our Handbook for more details)

Any payments received after July 1st are subject to a $25.00 late fee.
