Note: This registration form is for families that are looking to join Branches Surprise campus ONLY. We meet on Wednesdays near the Loop 303 and Grand Ave. If you are interested in participating in Central, West Valley, North Valley, Southwest, or the East Valley/Gilbert campus you will need to request membership on their websites. We are always in need of parents who are willing to teach, help in classes or be on our Set-Up/Tear-Down, and Cleaning Crews. Before your membership is approved you will receive a phone call from our Campus Director and we will conduct a short interview. During this interview we will learn about what you like to do and answer any questions you may have about Branches. In the mean time feel free to look over the classes that were offered the last semester. Each year we will have the Spring schedule up sometime in November and register for classes in December. We will have the Fall schedulue up sometime in July and register later that month. It takes lots of hand to make our community work and we look forward to hearing how you would like to contribute.
There is an annual fee of $100 per student ages 3-5 and $200 per student ages 6 and older as of the beginning of the semester. This fee is split and billed semi-annually due in May and October. This fee will be invoiced and due upon membership approval. Unfortunately, this fee is non-refundable.
