Artisan Bread Subscription
Today is the due date to order your monthly subscription for March. To have bread made for you during March you must pay by February 22nd. Each week you will indicate on the calendar by Wednesday evening which bread(s) you would like for us to have ready for you on your weekly subscription day. You can do this all in one monthly visit to the website by clicking each Wednesday's "Artisan Bread" link on the calendar, or each week you can come to the website and decide by Wednesday evening. If there is no "Artisan Bread" link to click that Wednesday, that means we are not baking that week. If we will not be baking that week, the month's subscription will reflect the price change.
Four loaves: one loaf of bread per week for a month at $32.00
Eight loaves: two loaves of bread per week for a month at $$60.00
Specialty one-time loaves will be priced individually on the weekly Wednesday order date on the calendar. You will need to pay for them separately at the time you order them.
Our weekly loaves are:
country sourdough boule (Tartine),
rustic baguette,
multi-grain white loaf (Struan), and
freshly ground whole wheat sandwich loaf.
"Baker's Choice" bread is available for a weekly subscription choice. It may be one of our regular breads, a bakery item, or something new. This will be a surprise bakery item.
Finally, we will occasionally offer a specialty bread with a separate listing and payment.
