John Locke is quoted to have said "Logic is the anatomy of thought." I will quote myself in saying that essays are the anatomy of communicating thoughts and logic. I used those skills in my younger years to compete in history fairs at a state and national level, to be involved with my high school debate team, and to speak before the state legislature and media regarding many important issues.

I have been a registered nurse for 14 years, and have also taught CNA courses. When teaching CNA courses, the ability to think logically was a skill I focused on with my students. No one can ever learn every scenario they may encounter in life beforehand, but if one learns to think logically, any scenario can be thought through and figured out.
