Request Membership in ConnectED

Please complete this page to apply for a membership. You must have a membership account to view the class schedule and register for classes.

Please create a username and password for the primary account holder in your family. Please only enter students who will attend the co-op, ages 12-18, on the form below. It is not necessary to add students who will not be attending the co-op. Students will need to know your login information to check their assignments and grades.
Our families are updated with important co-op information via weekly emails. One email address per family is required. You may add additional email addresses of those who would also like to receive ConnectED's weekly email.
You may also opt in to receive text messages for important notices and reminders, such as co-op parties and events.

3. VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

ConnectED is a nonprofit co-op that depends on volunteers to fill Board and other operating positions. All families are required to contribute a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer time per academic year, and opportunities to volunteer will be offered throughout the year.

I understand that a $100 volunteer contribution fee is due by August 29, 2025, and will be refunded once my family completes the minimum 4 hours. Yes
4. Terms of Agreement:

Membership in this group is not an endorsement as to any member’s character or credibility. Each member shall assume personal responsibility for any association or involvement with other members or families of members in this group.

Hold Harmless Clause: Participant(s), including participant’s spouse, children and family members, does hereby hold harmless, remise, release, and forever discharge, and does, for itself, its children, ward(s), family members and or its successors and assigns, remise, release, acquit, satisfy and forever hold harmless said homeschool group, hereinafter referred to as “group”, its successors and assigns, of and from all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, or in equity, with reference to any and all claims or causes of action whatsoever arising out of participant(s) participating in any group activity, event or situation, whether said activity, event or situation is or is not sponsored by the group or otherwise advertised or not advertised by the group for the benefit of group members.

5. Our child(ren) may participate in group activities and programs - By selecting Yes in the box below, we certify that we are the legal parents and/or guardians of the children listed in our Profile, and we do hereby consent to all terms and conditions of this group on behalf of said listed children. We authorize the listed children to participate in the group programs and or activities, whether sponsored or advertised, without further signature, release, or authorization unless required by the group. 6. Our family may be photographed and audio/video recorded during group events and activities. The parent or guardian is responsible for telling their child(ren), including minor children, to remove themselves from photo opportunities if they do not want their child(ren) photographed and audio/video recorded. The student, including minor children, is responsible for stepping out of the picture or video if they do not wish to be included. Students will be notified as a group before photos or audio/video are recorded and allowed to remove themselves. By checking 'Yes' in the box below, parents and guardians understand that unless their child(ren) removes themselves, they are granting permission for the group to use these captured images for promotional purposes, such as press releases, newspaper articles, social media posts, online photo storage sites, our website, and our yearbook. This permission is granted without requiring further signature, release, or authorization and without compensation, rights of ownership, or royalties. Yes
