Class Registration & Tuition Information
Yearly Family Registration Fee
$100 per family (non-refundable)
Class Registration Dates
Current Student Class Registration will open First week of May 2026.
New Student Class Registration will open the last week of May 2026.
Please note: At least one Parent is required to attend a Parent Interest Meeting before registering for classes. For information on our upcoming Parent Interest Meetings, email us at admin@harvestfamilyacademy.com
Class Fee
Cost for our Fall 2026 Semester (13 weeks) is $135 per class. Some classes include a non refundable supply fee, due at time of registration. There are a few year long classes that will need to be paid in full by December 2026.
Fall 2026 - Payments
Once registered for classes, the following is due immediately to hold your child's place in their classes:

Family Registration fee ($100)

First tuition payment (20% of tuition)

Class supply fees. (cost varies)
Family Registration, Supply fees & First tuition payment are due at registration and are non-refundable.
For Current Families: Family registration, first tuition payment and supply fees not paid by May 28th will result in a student being removed from a class.
To Register for Classes:
1. Fill out a Family Registration application by clicking the JOIN tab on the top bar. Be sure to fill out all forms and sign all release forms.
2. Once your application is approved you will be able to log in.
3. When logged in, click on CLASS CATALOG. Click on the Class you would like to register for. Select the child's name (or children), then click register.
4. Repeat for all classes desired
5. Once registered, click on the BALANCE tab at the top of the page to Pay for your classes.
