Thank you for your interest in Harvest Family Academy! Our mission is to support homeschooling parents with weekly core and elective course options taught from a biblical worldview. Please complete this application to help us know more about your family and your academic goals. Submitting this form allows us to review your application to ensure agreement in the areas of academic goals, code of conduct, and statement of beliefs.Once your application is approved, you will have access to the family side of the website. (If you are coaching/teaching a class, approval will give you access to the instructors side of the website)

In addition, a $75.00 new family registration fee is paid ONLINE in your statement of account. Your Family Membership application and online contracts and your paperwork must be completed before class registration will be "open" to you.

Payment Instructions

The New Family Membership Fee is $75.00 . You will be invoiced as soon as you submit your membership application. This fee, is due upon completion of the Family Membership Applicaton.

To pay, log in to your family page and click on the Statement of Account (Balance) in the top right corner of your screen. Click on Invoices and Payments. Your Family Membership fee, will be listed with a PAY button to make your payment. Note: a 3% technology fee will be added to your payment amount when you pay. This technology fee goes directly to NewTek. HFA does not receive any protion of the technology fee.

Please note: after class registraton, when paying for class tuition, class supply/curriculum fees will be due when paying for class tuituion. Payment options of for class tuition are: You may choose to pay the total tuition for the semester or split it between five payments (first payment due immediately, second due August 15, third due September 15, the fourth due October 15, and the fifth due November 15, 2024). For Year-long classes, five additional payments will be due on December 14, 2024, January 15, February 15, March 15 & April 15, 2025.
