Mrs. Tonya Kraning To All Instructors

Tonya Kraning is an entrepreneur, business founder, and strategic consultant who works with companies and investors developing new technologies and solving complex infrastructure challenges. Throughout her career, she has helped venture capital groups, public companies, and private investors build and scale turnkey businesses by bringing together strategy, leadership, and practical execution.

She is the Founder and CEO of Rhovia Industries, a company focused on developing advanced technologies that convert waste into valuable resources such as clean energy, hydrogen, and reusable materials. Her work frequently involves collaborating with engineers, executives, and organizations across environmental services, manufacturing, energy development, and sustainability-focused industries. She is also involved in building modern energy infrastructure, including microgrid systems designed to power large energy users such as data centers, manufacturers, and other energy-intensive operations.

In addition to building companies and advising organizations, Tonya is passionate about helping young people develop the skills needed to navigate the modern world. Drawing from her experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, and leadership—as well as insights from thinkers such as Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, Neville Goddard, and Michael Singer—she encourages students to think independently, communicate clearly, and approach challenges with creativity and confidence.

Her classes combine entrepreneurship, communication, leadership, and personal development to help students discover their strengths, develop meaningful ideas, and build the confidence to contribute positively to their communities.
