Request to join Rooted Homeschool Co-op

Welcome to Rooted!

We're thrilled to welcome your family this semester. To complete your enrollment, please review and agree to all documents in this enrollment package.

At the end of the registration process, you'll have the option to print signature pages, which need to be emailed at the email below.

If you agree with our statement of faith and the policies outlined in our handbook, we invite you to complete the membership request form.

2. Acknowledgement of the Rooted Co-op Statement of Faith

Rooted Co-op is a Christian organization of home school families. Please thoroughly read our handbook and statement of faith. We believe the Christian faith and doctrine are intertwined with all academics and will undoubtedly be discussed at co-op, you must fully agree with and abide by the below statement in order to join Rooted Co-op.

Statement of Faith:

It is our intent to provide our children with a distinctly Christian worldview. While we may hold denominational differences, we agree on a common statement of faith.

We believe the Bible is the infallible, inerrant Word of God, and it is the supreme and final authority for all matters of faith and life. Agree

Payment Instructions

Enrollment Costs for the Semester

Family enrollment fees are $60 per student, per semester. The full semester fee applies if your child is not in the nursery. Siblings in the nursery have no additional charge.

Nursery/toddler children must have a school-aged sibling enrolled for them to be eligible for enrollment at Rooted.

** If your student takes a class where we have hired a teacher, a kit, or a kit must be purchased; that cost will be disclosed when class descriptions are posted and enrollment is taking place.

** Field trips are not included in the enrollment fee if it has a cost associated with attendance.

2nd: Follow the prompts on the page below by pressing "send." Paypal will prompt you to login or pay as a guest.

3rd: Enter the payment amount, family name payment needs to be applied to, and what the payment amount is for (i.e. registration, class materials, etc)

4th: Paypal will generate a summary. Ensure "friends & family" is selected/"Paypal fee" section should show zero dollars. If it is not presenting as so, your payment will be sent back to you and your invoice will not be paid.
