Athletics with The Grove

 

 

The Grove Christian Academy is excited to partner with Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory (PVCP) to provide athletic opportunities for our students!

 

PVCP is a Christian school located just 15 minutes from The Grove and is a member of the Canyon Athletic Association (CAA). Through our partnership with PVCP, eligible Grove students have the opportunity to participate on PVCP athletic teams and compete in CAA athletics. 

We are especially excited about this partnership because PVCP shares The Grove's commitment to Christian education, community, and the development of young people both on and off the field. PVCP has been incredibly welcoming and supportive of our Grove students, and we are grateful to have a local Christian school that values our homeschool community and wants to provide additional opportunities for our students.

Sports Opportunities

PVCP offers a variety of middle school and high school athletic programs, which may include:

Sports, team levels, and availability may vary by season and school year.

Participation

Grove students participate with PVCP as eligible homeschool athletes under CAA rules. The Grove is not a member of the CAA; PVCP is the CAA member school through which students participate.

Students wishing to participate will complete the required athletic and homeschool eligibility documentation through PVCP. Once a student participates on a PVCP team, PVCP becomes the student's athletic school for that school year under CAA rules.

Athletic fees, registration requirements, practices, tryouts, schedules, and team policies are established by PVCP and are handled directly through their athletic program. Please see their website for more information: https://paradisevalleychristian.org/athletics/
