What Is Required for Your Application
Your registration with Brevard Homeschool Fellowship (BHF) is not complete until all required items are submitted, verified, and approved. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications will not be reviewed until all required components are submitted.
1. Complete the Registration Application

Fill out the registration application completely.

Read the application and all linked documents in full. We strongly recommend reviewing the Statement of Faith, Community Guidelines, and Volunteer Requirements before beginning.
2. Pay the Registration Fee

Pay the non-refundable $150 registration fee per family, per school year.

Ignore the “Sign in and pay now” button.
Payment options (choose one):
-
SUFS / PEP / UA families: Submit via the SUFS portal (search “Brevard Homeschool Fellowship” in Find Providers).

All other families: Pay through QuickBooks (bank transfer preferred; all methods accepted).

Teachers without children attending BHF: Check the appropriate box. The registration fee will be canceled, and you will be invoiced $20 for the background check only.
Note: Payments are updated manually and may take up to one week after application approval to appear in your account.
3. Background Checks & Child Safety Training (All Adults)

All adults attending BHF activities must complete a background check and child safety training.

Submit background check consent at: https://www.ministryopportunities.org/BrevardHSFInc

You will receive a link to complete child safety training within 24 hours of submitting consent.

Approval is contingent upon successful completion of both requirements.
4. Complete Required Forms

After clicking CONTINUE, complete the required forms linked at the bottom of the page.

Each individual person must have their own forms completed.

Each form unlocks the next after submission.

Once approved, you may log in to complete additional forms for more children or adults if needed.
5. Volunteer Participation

After approval, families must either sign up for volunteer shifts or pay the volunteer opt-out fee.

Note: There are a limited number of volunteer opt-out spots available, so opt-out is not guaranteed.
6. Active Membership & Class Enrollment

At least one student must be enrolled in a class to maintain an active family membership. Memberships without enrolled students will be deactivated.

Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. Families will not be charged for classes that do not run.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is not permitted until written approval is issued.

Any false statements or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of membership, with no refunds of any kind, including registration fees, classes, field trips, or special events.

Registration fees are non-refundable, even if a class or event does not run.

BHF reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.
