Code of Culture

At GRACE, we strive to cultivate a community where families grow together in love, learning, and faith. The following principles form the heart of our culture:

G - Generosity
• Freely give your time, talents, and kindness to serve others.
• Share resources, encouragement, and support without expecting anything in return.

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace." - 1 Peter 4:10

R - Respect
• Treat everyone with dignity, honoring their thoughts, beliefs, and contributions.
• Respect shared spaces, responsibilities, and the time of others.

"Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves." - Romans 12:10

A - Authenticity
• Be genuine and honest in your words and actions.
• Embrace who you are while encouraging others to do the same.

"Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body." - Ephesians 4:25

C - Compassion
• Show empathy and care for those around you, especially in times of need.
• Approach every interaction with a heart that seeks to understand and uplift.

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." - Ephesians 4:32

E - Edification
• Build others up through positive words, encouragement, and support.
• Speak life, truth, and hope to help others grow in confidence and purpose.

"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." - 1 Thessalonians 5:11
