Payment Instructions

There is no fee associated with this application to join Rooted Oaks Co-op. Fees will be due upon registration of classes.

If you choose to register your student for classes and attend Rooted Oaks, here is the fee structure:

To attend classes at Rooted Oaks Co-op during the 2025-2026 school year, you are required to pay the current annual Home For His Glory family membership fee of $50 as well as the current annual Rooted Oaks family fee of $100.

If you sign up to be a Support Family for Rooted Oaks, your 2025-2026 Rooted Oaks family fee will be discounted, and you will only be expected to pay $20 to cover the background check(s) and contribute to website costs. Support Families do have responsibilities and expectations, which you can read about here. 

To register for classes, we will require a $50 deposit fee per class and the one-time supply fee if the class you are registering for requires one. 

Your initial payments (annual fees, class deposit fees, and one-time supply fees) must be submitted within 10 days of registering online. This can be done by mailing or hand delivering a check (no cash). Address options will be shared after we receive your registration request.

All remaining fall class registration fees must be paid in full no later than Orientation (August 18th). This can be done through cash or check at Orientation.

Spring class registration fees will be due in full no later than the first week back from Christmas break (January 5th). This can be done through cash or check at the co-op.

Whenever we receive payments, we will make every effort to update your online account within 4 days to reflect the changes.

Cancellation Deadline: August 4th at 11:59pm. After that date, all class fees are non-refundable and any remaining fees will be required. If you register for classes after August 4th, all fees will be due and non-refundable.

Class Registration Deadline: August 8th at 11:59pm.
*Note: Each class has a minimum number of students required to run the class. If the minimum number required is not met by the class registration deadline, we will cancel the class. At that point, we will notify you with the opportunity to choose an alternate class for your student or issue you a refund.

 

Payment Overview

Total and specific class registration fees can be seen in the class details in the class schedule. We accept cash and checks. Generally, this is what you can expect (there are exceptions for math classes):

Fees required to register for classes (due within 10 days of registering for classes)
$50 - Home for His Glory annual member fee (non-refundable)
$100 - Rooted Oaks annual standard family fee or only $20 if you decide to be a Support Family (non-refundable)
$50 deposit per class registration (in leiu of a class deposit fee for math classes, there is a non-refundable math placement test)
One-time class supply fees for specific classes

Remaining fees required for fall semester (due by August 18th)
$75 per class registration (math classes are an exception)

Fees required for spring semester (due by January 5th)
$125 per class registration (math classes are an exception)

If you were unable to register in-person but would like to discuss payment plan options, please email us no later than August 6th as the deadline to register for classes is August 8th.
