Thank you for your interest in FAITH Co-op. Fill out this form if you intend to attend a tour and/or would like a Coordinator to contact you about the possibility of joining our co-op. Our enrollment season runs from February through July for the school year starting that fall.
While you wait please make sure you have reviewed the STATEMENT OF FAITH and OUR CLASSES links to learn more about how our co-op works. We highly recommend a tour which you can sign up for on our Calendar widget on our website. The tour will allow us to get to know you and your needs, answer your questions, and make sure that your family is a good fit for our co-op before moving forward with the required interview.
We are looking for families that will commit to the co-op for the entire school year.
