FAMILY REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Join us at one of our Open Houses to come meet us and check out our space!  Look at our calendar to find out our next Open House date.

2. Go to our website, EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op to learn more about EverBloom and our class offerings and instructors.

3. Go to our homepage, scroll down, and click "Request Family Registration with EverBloom!"

4. Complete the Family Semester Registration Form, including Youth & Adult Codes of Conduct, Liability Waiver, and Photo & Video Release Form.

5. Once you have registered your family, you will need to pay your Family Semester Registration Fee.  The Family Semester Registration Fee covers the operational costs of running the co-op, including facility rent, insurance, website hosting, class parties, events, and other overhead necessary to provide high-quality educational programming.

Registration fees are assessed per family and are based on the number of children enrolled in classes for a given semester.

This fee structure ensures that families contribute proportionally to the resources their childen use while maintaining fairness and accessibility for larger families.

The Family Registration Fee is due upon registering and is non-refundable.

You can pay via Zelle with the email, everbloomhomeschool@gmail.com.

If you would like to pay by check, please email everbloomhomeschool@gmail.com to receive our mailing address or schedule a drop off time.

In addition, you need to complete the Youth & Adult Codes of Conduct, Liability Waiver & Release of Claims, and Photo & Video Release Forms.

6. Once you have paid the Family Registration Fee and completed the forms, you will be approved by an administrator.

7. You will now be able to log into your EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op account at: EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op Website.

8. Once you log in, you will be able to register your child(ren) for their classes for the semester.  Please be sure to refer to the "Payment Info" for each class/teacher to make sure you are following their payment policy.
