Is the EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op a not-for-profit? |

EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op is a 501c3. Board Directors volunteer their time to manage the co-op and are not compensated for their work. |

Is the co-op religious? |

EverBloom Homeschool Co-op is secular, which means we welcome all families whatever your faith background may be. |

When do you meet? |
A: |
We meet on Tuesdays for 2 semesters that are 15 weeks each (13 class days and 2 holiday party days). Semester 1 is from September to December. Semester 2 is from January to May. We plan other activities, outings, and field trip days throughout the semester. |

What hours do you meet? |

We meet from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm which include elective classes, lunch/social time, and clubs with clean-up from 1:00 pm- 1:30 pm. You decide what classes and times you want to attend EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op. |

Do we have to be there all day? |
A: |
No, you set your own schedule, depending on what classes you want for your child(ren). |

Do I have to sign my kids up for classes all day? |
A: |
No. You can sign up for any number of classes for any of your children. It is up to you! You are still welcome to be present at co-op all day no matter how many classes you sign up for as long as your children are being supervised at all times. |

Do you have lunch time? |

Yes. Our lunch/social time is from 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm, and we encourage all families to stay to build community. |

Can I drop off my child(ren)? |

EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op is NOT a drop-off program. You must be on the premises with your child(ren) the whole time. If you need to leave for any reason during the day, you must leave another adult on site in charge of your child(ren) and complete a “Temporary Guardian” form. |

Do you require parent participation? |
A: |
Yes. Every parent must have a volunteer job. Volunteer jobs include: morning set-up, door/hallway monitor, lunch monitor, club faciliatator, preschool/kindergarten helper, and afternoon clean up. |

How do I volunteer if I have little kids? |
A: |
A lot of jobs can be done with little kids. Choose a volunteer job that works for you and your family. |

Do I have to teach a class? |
A: |
No. We have parents and outside instructors teaching classes. Parents are only required to help by volunteering, not teaching. There is an opprtunity for parents to volunteer facilitating a 3-4 week project in the Team Workshop classes though. But, if you would like to teach, have knowledge or teaching experiences, or a skill you want to share with our students, please let us know. |

How much does the co-op cost? |

The Family Semester Registration Fee is based on the number of children you are enrolling for classes at EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op for a given semester. The Family Semester Registration Fee is as follows: 1 Child- $175 per semester |

How much do the classes cost? |
A: |
Elective semester class prices range from $60 to $178. First semester is 15 weeks long with 13 weeks of classes. Second semester is 16 weeks long with 13 weeks of classes. The "extra" weeks are holiday party days, the Student Showcase, and the End of the Year Party. The Preschool/Kindergarten class is a separate price because it is 3 hours long. There are also some free clubs available from 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm. |

How do I join the co-op? |

Take a tour of EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op, complete the Family Registration Form on our webiste, pay the Family Semester Registration Fee, and then log into your account to select classes. |

How do I sign up for classes or clubs? |
A: |
After you register your family and pay the Family Semester Registration Fee, you will create a member account on our website. You will then select the classes you want to enroll each of your children in. For clubs, there will be a separate sign up closer to the start of the year. |

Are there kids that are around my kids’ age? |
A: |
EverBloom Homeschool Co-Op provides opportunities for children 3-18 years old, so you should find families with children of similar ages. |

What do I do with my under 3 child while my other children are in classes? |
A: |
There is an open lobby/ lounge area with chairs, couches, and tables where children can hang out with their parents. There is also a small nursery that can be used when/if a class is not using the space. |

What if the weather is bad? |
A: |
In the event of inclement weather, the board will notify families by 8:00 am if we are closing for the day. We have built in 1 additional Weather Makeup Day at the end of the school year if needed. |
