LIABILITY CLAUSE

TAG Homeschool Group is a cooperative organization, whereby all members take equal part in participating, assisting, and teaching our students and inversely our students take equal part in sharing, caring, and learning.

We acknowledge that participation in TAG Homeschool Group involves risk to the participants, and may result in various types of injury including but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage.

The participants accept personal financial responsibility for any injury. Further, the participants releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TAG Homeschool Group and our host church, Coon Rapids Evangelical Free Church, for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity, whether such injury arises out of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise.

Taking part in any field trips coordinated, sponsored, or offered by TAG is done at the family’s own risk. Please take time to know risks involved in any activity. A parent should attend field trips with their children.

We hereby give permission for our child(ren) or ward(s) to participate in TAG Homeschool Group events.

Payment Instructions

New families: After you click "CONTINUE" and before you pay the membership fee, PLEASE WAIT for an email from one of our coordinators confirming that we have an opening for your student and that you have completed your interview and tour. In this message, our coordinator will set up a time for you to interview and tour and advise you when to proceed with payment of the membership fee.

Once we receive confirmation of payment, the coordinator will fully approve your account. Upon which you will be able to register for individual classes.

Important information regarding payments and due dates

The Annual Family Membership Fee for returning families is due by April 17th, 2026, and any class registrations will be inactivated after April 17th if the annual fee is not paid. It is due prior to class registration for new families.

Tuition: TAG’s payment structure divides tuition into four equal amounts due. Parents can make an alternative monthly payment schedule with the treasurer by emailing tagtreasurermn@gmail.com

Refund Policy

The Annual Family Registration Fee is non-refundable
Class withdrawal before August 13th = full tuition and supply fee refund
Class withdrawal from August 14th to the first day of class prior to attending class = full tuition refund minus a $50 fee per class, full supply fee refund
Class withdrawal after the first day of attending class = 50% tuition refund, no supply fee refund
Class withdrawal after the 3rd class = no tuition or supply fee refund
Class canceled due to low enrollment = full tuition and supply fee refund

Financial Support: If payments will be a significant financial difficulty, a benevolence fund grant may be available upon application. Please contact our treasurer at tagtreasurermn@gmail.com for more information.

Late payments: A $25 late fee will be assessed. Students will be withdrawn from classes for tuition payments not paid within 30 days of the due date. If you foresee a problem meeting a payment deadline, make arrangements before the deadline.

Although PayPal is easy to use, we understand that some people prefer not to use it. If this describes you, please contact the treasurer to set up your payment by cash or check at tagtreasurermn@gmail.com
