Olivet Private School is a K-12 school registered since 1982 according to the Florida Statutes as a 617 (non-profit, private) school. Years of experience and continued training provide members with a secure environment for their children's academic oversite.

Olivet Private School is a school dedicated to Christian principles. It is an organization for the academic, moral, and social accountability of home-educating families. We believe that all matters of faith and conduct must be evaluated on the basis of Holy Scripture, which is our infallible guide (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Olivet Private School has a library with many wonderful books, curriculum, and readers that members may use free of charge.

Most importantly, Olivet Private School is a ministry that serves the needs of Christian homeschoolers.  All members of Olivet are active ministry participants, sharing their passion for homeschooling with one another to the benefit of all.

General opportunities include: three monthly field trips, monthly parent-led co-op classes, parent-teacher workshops, high school socials, Field Day, Spelling Bee, Talent Show, yearly testing, maintenance of student transcripts, a Kindergarten, 5th, & 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony, a High School Graduation Ceremony, and a recognized high school diploma.

Welcome to Olivet

Olivet Private School now offers two types of enrollment to accommodate the needs of most homeschoolers ~ Private school student enrollment and Partnership program membership. Enrolling as a private school student gives your child full private school status (with the freedom of homeschooling) and your child will graduate with a private school diploma and transcripts. Our Partnership program membership gives your child access to many of the benefits of Olivet, but your child would not be a private school student and would need to register with either the county homeschool program or the state PEP program.
