Photo Release

  I hereby authorize Treasures of Grace to publish photographs taken of me and/or the above listed minor children, and our names, for use in Treasures of Grace related printed publications and online content.
    I release Treasures of Grace from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children and myself. I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the children listed below and that I have the authority to authorize Treasures of Grace to use their photographs and names.
    I acknowledge that participation in publications and online content produced by Treasures of Grace confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Treasures of Grace from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the above listed minor children.
