The KBCH Career Seminar Series is organized for middle and high schoolers to explore the fascinating ways people make a living. Invite your friends! We kick off our 2025-26 season with Dr Greg Kiker, University of Florida Department Chair of Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
"Travel the World with Natural Resources & Technology"
Attendees will receive a career planning handout from Dr Kiker with answers to these questions and more:
- What training or qualification does this job require?
- What is the typical salary range?
- What is the growth outlook for this line of work in the future?
Dr Kiker is also sharing about the successful admissions transfer path from SFC to UF through CALS (College of Agriculture and Life Sciences), with both engineering and non-engineering majors available.
Dual-enrolled students who have heard it's hard to get into UF need to attend this session!
