Mr Gainor will teach your student how to use a variety of hand tools: screwdriver, hand saw, hand drill, hand planer & coping saw. There will not be a final project, per se, but the focus will be on learning what tool works best for which job and the safe and proper way to use each tool.
All classes will be held in the Gainor home. This is a 10-hour course – 2 hours more than previous years' Hand Tool classes so your child has even more opportunity to learn.
Students will need to print off and bring along a signed release form the first day of class.
Price includes instruction and materials.
