I am an enthusiastic physical education teacher with more than 10 years of experience working with students of all ages, from kindergarten through high school. My goal is to promote lifelong fitness, teamwork, and healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment. I design activities that meet students at their individual skill levels while encouraging them to challenge themselves. I also enjoy coaching and helping students develop confidence, sportsmanship, and perseverance.
