BACH Sport Policy

I. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be a member of BACH

2. Must be homeschooled  

3. Students are committing to playing solely for BACH.  They CANNOT play for another school/homeschool team in that sport. 

II. WITHDRAWAL FROM A COMPETITIVE SEASON 

Upon registration, 50% of the total season fees are non-refundable. If your student athlete withdraws from a season sport the following guidelines are in place regarding monetary refunds:

1. Prior to games beginning, any monies paid beyond the non-refundable amount will be refunded. (For example, if the total season fee is $300, and you have already paid the first payment of $150 (non-refundable amount), and the second payment of $75, you will be refunded $75.)

2. After the first game has been played, there will be NO refund given. 

**In the event that your player is injured, exceptions will be made.  The athletic board will meet and discuss any refunds.
