About Us

BACH is a Christ-centered support group that uses the Bible to provide the basis and standard of truth and values.

The primary goal of BACH is the development of Christian character in our children, where each child is led to a personal relationship with Christ and trained in scriptural principals and values. Another goal is to promote academic excellence, which is to be acquired as a natural outcome of responsible, consistent homeschooling.

Our purpose of meeting together is to encourage and support the families of those in pursuit and continuance of homeschooling by sharing experiences, pooling resources, and providing opportunities to build relationships with others whose values and perspectives are within the scope of the values and perspectives of this organization.

As a Christ-centered support group, BACH will provide encouragement, information, and appropriate experiences to anyone who may be interested in homeschooling, or is already homeschooling.

BACH requires an annual membership fee of $50.00 per family.  BACH membership will allow you and your family full access to the website, class registration, field trips, newsletters, socials and so much more.   This website will direct you to PayPal when you Request Membership.  You will not be approved for membership unless the annual membership fee is paid.  However, in special situations, BACH does award scholarships for those families that need it.   To request a scholarship, please click on the contact link at the top of this page to contact a BACH Board member.  Please note that if you choose to participate in classes with BACH, there are mandatory volunteer requirements.  Membership fees are refundable for 2 weeks following application and payment.  Once 14 days has passed, the membership fee is completely non-refundable.

Historical Note: Since its inception in 1987, BACH has functioned on the principle that parents are the authority for their own families and as such are to decide which activities their family will or will not participate in.  When an activity is offered to the group, each family must decide if it fits into their plans and if they can submit to the requirements, if any, of the person offering the activity.  The BACH Board does not dictate requirements for activities, nor does it sponsor the activities of the group except in special circumstances (i.e.. Classes, Promotion, Graduation ceremonies).  All activities are offered by individual moms/families who desire to bless the group with a certain opportunity.
