Registration for 25-26 Classes Opens
June 10th @ 8 a.m.
There is NO Grace Period, Payment is due to Teachers at time of registration!!
Once you register for a class, the first month cost for the class will added to your account on the BACH website. The September class fees must be paid for Immediately and directly to the teacher (see teachers payment preference under class description), classes not paid within 24 hours will be dropped, and students will lose their spot in the class.
Dropped Classes result in pricey fees, so please make sure you are certain of the class choices you make. Scroll to the bottom to see drop fees!
Important Notes:
- Taking classes with BACH requires some parent volunteer time during the school year and an additional $40 per family church fee for the year. This is billed to your account in July.
- There is a MANDATORY meeting for ALL parents and MS/HS students in Sept.
- Checking email is a requirement of taking BACH classes for parents and HS students alike. This is our main form of communication and how you and your student will receive alerts to cancellations and homework assignments as well as all BACH related issues and rule updates.
- Campus is Closed at lunch students and parents must leave the campus. Students may NOT walk off campus.
- Your student MUST be picked up if they have a 45 minute gap or larger between classes, they may not stay on campus unattended.
- Taking parent led co-op classes, the supply fee is paid through the website on your account. Click the balance on the top bar of the webpage. Select the co-op class fees to pay, do NOT pay the other classes those fees are paid directly to the teachers.

Drop Fee Information:
From the time of registration and payment until August 1st, there will be an additional one-month tuition fee assessed if the class is dropped. Example-- a class is $35 per month. You register and pay on June 5th. On July 15 you decide to use another option and drop the class. You need to pay an additional $35 to the teacher upon dropping the class for a total of $70 paid to the teacher.
From August 2nd through the rest of the school year any classes dropped will be assessed an additional two-month tuition fee. Example -- a class is $40 per month. You register and pay on July 1. On September 20th you decide the class is not a good fit for your student and drop. You will need to pay an $80 drop fee to the teacher for a total of $120 paid to the teacher.
Co-op style classes are free each month but do have a small fee to buy universal supplies like scissors and glue for all the classes/teaching parents to use. Parents teach the class 4-8 times per year instead of paying a teacher. Co-op style classes are a great way to meet lots of kids and parents and an inexpensive way for your students to get classroom experience. Drops fees for co-op classes are $50 per student if dropped after registration and prior to parents completing their teaching assignment for that class.
