Before filling out the new member registration application below, please be sure that you have already:

  • Read the "About Us" page to familiarize yourself with our mission and vision.
  • Carefully read the “Membership Steps/General Membership Responsibilities” and the "Statement of Faith" (see the “Getting Started” sublinks on the sidebar). 
  • Completed Membership Step #1/ a short phone interview with the Membership Administrator.

Your name, address, and the contact information that you provide will be listed on the Families Directory and only available to other GRACE members.  Any other information will only be available to the Leadership Team.  No information will be open to the public.

PLEASE NOTE:
 
  • New membership requests will be accepted at any time.  GRACE membership approval and website access will be granted upon completion of the membership steps and receipt of dues.
     
  • There are no partial payments for membership.  However, any new membership request and payment received after April 1 will be valid for the subsequent school year as well. 
     
  • The annual membership renewal period for current GRACE members is August 15-September 15.  
     
  • Membership renewals and payment of annual dues are overdue after September 15.
     
  • Annual GRACE Membership and website access is valid from October 1-September 30.

Payment Instructions

Payment of the $15 fee is required to complete the registration process.  You can pay by cash, check, or use PayPal / debit or credit. (One-time reduced dues from $25 due to Covid-19 shutdowns.)

To pay by check, make it payable to Gina Stewart and mail to GRACE Membership, 12 Brenda Lane, Old Saybrook, CT  06475

To pay through PayPal, select that option below by clicking PAY WITH PAYPAL

You will be given two options:

  2. Select Check Out / Pay without a PayPal account (to use a debit or credit card).
