Charter School Information

We currently work with the following charter schools: Golden Valley Charter School, Blue Ridge Academy, Heartland Charter School, Peak Prep Pleasant Valley, Suncoast, and Sage Oak. While we are open to the possibility of working with others in the future, we need to have a minimum number of students enrolled before we will consider it due to the extra work involved.

If you have any questions at all about purchase orders, please contact us first rather than submitting something questionable. It takes a lot more effort to correct purchase orders/enrichment certificates than it does to submit them properly in the first place.

For ease in requesting purchase orders, we have provided the math for yearly, semesterly, and monthly payments on each class registration page, as well as on the course description page. Please select the correct payment plan for your particular charter school and make your requests accordingly.

GVCS:

Golden Valley pays by semester, and will only pay us AFTER services have been rendered. It can take up to a month for us to receive payment. If you check your account mid first semester and still see a balance, it's because they haven't paid us yet. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment.

Blue Ridge Academy:

BRA will provide payment as soon as services begin rather than at the end of semesters, but please remember that receipt of Enrichment Certificate does not equal receipt of payment. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment. We cannot invoice the charter school until services actually begin, and even then it can take up to a month for us to receive payment. Please do not send us emails in September asking if we have been paid. I can guarantee you that we have not.

Heartland:

Heartland requires monthly purchase orders; please check the course description or registration pages to make sure you have the correct rate to request. Receipt of purchase order does not equal receipt of payment. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment. Heartland will only pay us AFTER services have been rendered.

Sage Oak:

Sage Oak requires monthly purchase orders; please check the course description or registration pages to make sure you have the correct rate to request. Receipt of purchase order does not equal receipt of payment. Sage Oak pays AFTER services have been rendered. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment.

Peak Prep:

Peak Prep will pay by the semester, but only after services have been rendered. Receipt of purchase order does not equal receipt of payment. It can take up to a month for us to receive payment.
