Charter School Information

We currently work with the following charter schools: Golden Valley Charter School, Blue Ridge Academy, Heartland Charter School, and Sage Oak. While we are open to the possibility of working with others in the future, we need to have a minimum number of students enrolled before we will consider it due to the extra work involved.

If you have any questions at all about purchase orders, please contact us first rather than submitting something questionable. It takes a lot more effort to correct purchase orders/enrichment certificates than it does to submit them properly in the first place.

For all Charter Schools:

Registration fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL UP FRONT not half per semester.

GVCS:

When requesting your purchase orders from your EF, make sure you request them in the following format:

PO 1) Registration fee. This needs to be paid in full, up front, not split by semester.

PO 2) first semester tuition (simply divide the tuition amount in half. Do not try to divide things out by month or week. Just do two equal payments.

PO 3) second semester tuition (again, simply divide in half. Don't do any extra math.)

Golden Valley will only pay us AFTER services have been rendered, and even then it can take up to a month for us to receive payment. If you check your account mid first semester and still see a balance, it's because they haven't paid us yet. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment.

Blue Ridge Academy:

When requesting your Enrichment Certificate from your teacher, please do so as follows:

First enrichment certificate: add together the registration fee and the first semester of tuition. Please DO NOT take the entire amount and divide it in half.

Second enrichment certificate (due in January): the second half of tuition.

Receipt of Enrichment Certificate does not equal receipt of payment. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment. We cannot invoice the charter school until services actually begin, and even then it can take up to a month for us to receive payment. Please do not send us emails in September asking if we have been paid. I can guarantee you that we have not.

Heartland:

Heartland sends purchase orders divided by the month. Please check the course descriptions page for the correct amounts to request.

Receipt of Enrichment Certificate does not equal receipt of payment. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment. Heartland will only pay us AFTER services have been rendered, so if you check your account mid first semester and see a balance, it's because they haven't paid us yet.

Sage Oak:

When requesting your Enrichment Certificate from your teacher, please do so as follows:

First enrichment certificate: add together the registration fee and the first semester of tuition. Please DO NOT take the entire amount and divide it in half.

Second enrichment certificate (due in January): the second half of tuition.

Receipt of Enrichment Certificate does not equal receipt of payment. We ONLY mark accounts as paid when we have actually been paid, not in expectation of payment, so if you check your account mid first semester and see a balance, it's because they haven't paid us yet.
