Class Registration Terms & Conditions:

               Registration fee is non-refundable and is due upon registration. Your child is not officially registered until your registration payment is received and thus does not have a guaranteed spot in the class.

               If a student drops the class within the first month, the first semester payment minus cost of classes attended will be refunded. If the student drops after that time, there will be no refund. Tuition for the entire year is expected. The semester payment schedule is for your convenience but full tuition is expected whether your child finishes or not.

               Tuition or a purchase order is due by the first day of class and by the first day of second semester. If a difficulty arises, please contact Mrs. Yip; do not just neglect payment.

               Students will be required to access Google Classroom weekly to print out and bring to class weekly assignments. Parents will be notified through homeschool-life.com, email, or Google Classroom of messages from the teachers, so reliable internet connection is crucial.

               All Charter School students must inform their EF/teacher of their enrollment in the class and have a purchase order sent to Mrs. Yip before classes begin. No student will be admitted without a purchase order. This is true for both semesters.

               All students paying tuition out of pocket will be given a $25 discount; please contact us to make sure we know to apply that discount to your account.
