Liability

The insurance policy that SHE has does not provide benefits to individual families, so each family must be responsible for the health/medical care of their family members at all SHE activities. Neither SHE nor its members can be held liable for accidents that occur at any SHE activity.

As part of the Membership Agreement, all SHE members must grant permission to SHE, emergency responders, or other medical personnel to provide the necessary medical treatment for their children in case of an emergency. In the event that neither parent can be reached, the parents’ right to informed consent of treatment is waived.
