God has seen fit to bless Divine Mercy Co-op both with a wonderful location and a growing number of member families. In order to bring about the seamless operation of our co-op, a multitude of tasks must be completed each week. Since we are an ALL VOLUNTEER organization, help from all of our families to maintain our building and monitor our children on campus is required.
Therefore, every family seeking to register must commit to at least one increment of volunteer assistance for each day your child is on campus. If your child attends both Monday and Wednesday, please choose a spot on EACH day. We cannot accept your registration until you have agreed to the required amount of volunteer positions. Please send us your top three choices and we will make every effort to honor those wishes. It is critical that these jobs be completed at their assigned times, not before.
If you are absent, you must find your own replacement. You will then need to notify the volunteer coordinator with the name of your replacement.
There will be three deep cleaning days scheduled throughout the year. Each family must commit to helping on at least one of the cleaning days. The dates will be published over the summer.
Finally, know that our need is great. Please consider signing up for several time slots. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
