It is necessary for the smooth operation of ARK Co-Op that you make every effort to attend promptly every ARK Co-Op class day. To avoid conflicts we have found it helpful to avoid scheduling appointments or social engagements on Mondays. Please make sure you have recorded all ARK days in your family calendar in advance of starting ARK. This way, there is no chance of accidentally making plans on an ARK day. If you are running late or unable to attend due to illness or other unplanned reason(s), it is required that teacher contact a member of leadership AND your co-teacher(s) and high school students contact leadership and their teachers by text or phone call so new arrangements can be made. The numbers for the Leadership Committee can be found in the “Contact Us” section of the ARK website once you have logged in with your member’s ID and password or in the ARK handbook. High school teachers will provice contact info with their syllabus. PLEASE REALIZE THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE SMOOTH OPERATION OF ARK Co-Op. This is a co-operative effort for our children. We want to make every class day count for them! If everyone doesn’t respect and follow the rules, we cannot function smoothly and give our best to our children. They are the reason we are here!
