In order for your family's membership to be approved you must have:

1. Personally visited ARK for a test drive or met with ARK leadership and been given an invite to apply.

2. Be active in a home church.

3. Paid your deposit or dues as instructed.

4. Submitted a completed application.

5. Signed in agreement with our Belief Statement.

4. Signed in agreement with our Commitment Contract.

5. Signed in agreement with our Dress Code.

6. Read and agree with our discipline procedures.

7. Submitted the Applicant Referrence Form completed by your pastor or head of ministry are in which you serve.

8. Have your application accepted by ARK leadership.
