Vendor/Business Registration for CHEACC Extracurricular EXPO
CHEACC's Annual Extra-curricular EXPO is scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2020.
To kick-off the new school year, CHEACC will be holding its free Annual Extracurricular Expo on Monday, August 17, 2020, from 7:00-9:00 PM, at Center Point Community Church.
We would be delighted to have you attend and bring any promotional information you have that will introduce your products or services to our active homeschool group. This event is our largest public gathering of the year so please RSVP no later than Monday, August 3, as spaces fill up quickly.
This Extracurricular Expo provides a venue for homeschooling families to learn about and sign-up for local clubs, volunteer opportunities, classes, products, and services that will enhance their homeschooling efforts. As a courtesy to both our guests and exhibitors, any audio/visual displays or demonstrations will only be available on personal electronic devices provided by the exhibitors and will not be amplified throughout the auditorium.
To maintain variety, we limit the number of exhibitors in each category on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please reply as soon as possible so we can reserve your table space (tables will be provided).
Set-Up time for exhibitors will be from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM, with the Expo doors opening to the public from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
