Our group has a one-time payment to cover the school year from August to July.
The price of membership covers all members of the immediate family and grandparents.
The cost of membership is adjusted according to when you join.
Standard membership is $35 for the year.
An early-bird discount reduces the cost to $30 if you join or renew in August.
We have prorated pricing if you join after December; every month from when you join until May is $5, paid in one fee when you join.
**When calculating prorated membership dues, count the current month if the date falls between the 1st – 15th of the month. Otherwise, begin with the next month. For example, if today’s date were February 16th, the membership fee to cover the rest of the year would be $15 ($5/month for March, April, and May – with June and July being free).**
In June and July membership is free. We hope you try us out and join us in August for the next school year!
We understand that there are periods when families are unable to participate and lead as fully as they would like to, perhaps due to illness or a new baby. For this reason we offer an opt-out fee of $25 if you are truly unable to lead any events in this season. We trust our families to use this sparingly so our children still get many options throughout the year. This fee is in addition to the membership fee for the family to join.
