We’re a casual, local group of homeschooling families in the Clarksville, TN area who come together to build community, share ideas, and have fun!

Our group organizes a variety of activities, including

CO-OP, FIELD TRIPS, MOMS' NIGHT OUT, COMMUNITY EVENTS, SERVICE PROJECTS, PARK MEET UPS and more.

It’s a great way for kids to make friends, for parents to connect, and for everyone to learn from one another.

What is Clarksville Homeschool Collective (CHC)?

CHC is a homeschool community that offers opportunities for connection, field trips, events, programs, and educational experiences for local homeschooling families.

Is CHC religious?

Answer

CHC welcomes families from all backgrounds. While board members may have personal beliefs, CHC itself is not a faith-based organization.

How do I join CHC?

Answer

Create an account through Homeschool-Life and complete any required membership steps.

Do I have to be a member to participate?

Answer

Membership is required to participate in CHC field trips and programs.

Question

Is joining the Facebook group the same as becoming a member?

Answer

No. The Facebook group is for communication and community, but registration and participation happen through Homeschool-Life.

Why is there a membership fee?

Answer

Membership fees help support the platform, administration, insurance and growth of programs and events.

Do you offer fee assistance?

Answer

Yes. We plan to help as many families as possible through the assistance application process as funding allows.

Question

If I join later in the year, do I still have to pay the membership fee?

Answer

Yes. Membership fees apply regardless of when a famiy joins during the membership year.

Are membership fees refundable?

Answer

No. Membership fees are non-refundable.
