The topic for our September meeting is: Clarifying Your Homeschool Conviction & Vision
Whether you're new to this homeschooling adventure or have been at it for multiple years, determining your conviction and vision for homeschooling is a refreshing way to start the school year. Knowing these two things will fuel and propell your familly in the direction you want your home education to go, supporting you through the "hard" moments and letting you know when to celebrate the "winning" moments! Get ready for some riviting discussion with other homeschooling parents, and make sure to inite a friend who could benefit from the mutual encouragement and fellowship of growing in community together!
Where: Wellington Village Park (Pierson Park) 11700 Pierson Rd, Wellington, FL 33414; We meet at the large pavilion closest to the playground.
When: SECOND Friday of the month; August through May
Time: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
*Parents: Encouragement, table discussion, fun community-building activies, and occasional field trips
*Kids: Play at the park and build friendships
*Teens: Possilbe speaker with activity to follow (topics TBA) and time to connect with other teens!
