And that means Fall Fun is part of our West Park Day!!!

We will be having two friendly competitions...

Kids: Paint a Pumpkin - and bring it *dry* to our park day =)

Parents: Fall Craft Contest - Create and bring an autumn-inspired handmade craft

The topic for our October meeting is:

Planting Seeds with the Harvest in Mind

Homeschooling is an act of faith. You are the parents who chose to intentionally pull your children out of the mainstream educational system and architect a customized education for your children...with great hopes that the investments and sacrifices you are making now are "worth it". This month, you will be encouraged to not be disheartened when you don't see immediate fruit, and we will have some great discussion around what seeds we are strategically planting - in faith. This will be a wonderful continuation from our September discussion about building conviction and determining vision. Remember to invite a friend who could use this practial encouragement!

Teens will be focusing on Proverbs 1:1-10

Where: Wellington Village Park (Pierson Park) 11700 Pierson Rd, Wellington, FL 33414; We meet at the large pavilion closest to the playground.

When: SECOND Friday of the month; August through May

Time: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

*Parents: Encouragement, table discussion, fun community-building activies, and occasional field trips

*Kids: Play at the park and build friendships

*Teens: Discussion and interaction studying practical wisdom from the Proverbs
