The topic for our January meeting is: 

Personal Care for the Homeschool Marathon

Congratulations! You've reached a mile marker! But you're not at the finish line yet. You might be half-way through your curriculum (or not), but regardless, it's a new year with a fresh opportunties ahead! This might be exciting, or you might feel a bit winded and worn down from the last few months. Whether you're rejuvinated or feeling a bit daunted by the idea of another semester, this month's meeting is sure to give you a hydrating boost of encouragement. Join us as we discuss creative ways to care for yourself so you can faithfully run the homeschooling marathon - whether you have little ones or teenagers.

Where: Wellington Village Park (Pierson Park) 11700 Pierson Rd, Wellington, FL 33414; We meet at the large pavilion closest to the playground.

When: SECOND Friday of the month; August through May

Time: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

*Parents: Encouragement, table discussion, fun community-building activies, and occasional field trips

*Kids: Play at the park and build friendships

*Teens: Possilbe speaker with activity to follow (topics TBA) and time to connect with other teens!
