West Area Park Day
Be Mine, Valentine!
It's time for our annual PEC West Kid's Valentines Exchange!
Encourage your students to create a fun valentines box (they can be as creative as you want!) and bring about 40 Valentines to share.
The topic for our February meeting is: Excelling in Biblical Love
The word "love" is thrown around a lot... we love our coffee a certain way, we love it when our kids clean their rooms, we love our spouse. But what does it mean to truly love - according to the Bible? And what kind of impact can this kind of love have upon our family life, our relationships, and our community? Get ready for a great mini-study into the "one-anothers" of Scripture and encouraging discussion about where we each feel compelled to grow.
Where: Wellington Village Park (Pierson Park) 11700 Pierson Rd, Wellington, FL 33414; We meet at the large pavilion closest to the playground.
When: SECOND Friday of the month; August through May
Time: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
*Parents: Encouragement, table discussion, fun community-building activies, and occasional field trips
*Kids: Play at the park and build friendships
*Teens: Possilbe speaker with activity to follow (topics TBA) and time to connect with other teens!
