                        2012 Syracuse LEAH Annual Used Curriculum Sale

The UCS will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 at Faith Heritage School Gym, 3740 Midland Ave, Syracuse,   from 7-9pm.

6pm        Vendors arrive and set up

6:30p       Shopping for vendor and UCS volunteers

7-9pm      Shopping (LEAH members $1; non-LEAH $6 per family)

There is a 2 vendor per table maximum.   If you would like to be a vendor, please follow these instructions:

Send a 3x5 card with Name, address, email address, phone # , Name of LEAH chapter you are presently a member of (information needed for both vendors if sharing)  a check to Syracuse LEAH for $8 (LEAH member) or $18 (non-LEAH member),  and a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE to:
